In August 2024, while recovering from an accident, Melchizedek, the Chief Servant of Legends Hub, was selected to participate in the Springboard Roadshow and Mastercard Foundation’s Ghana Growth Youth Ambassador Program. The week-long training, held in Accra, focused on stakeholder engagement and the agricultural value chain, equipping youth ambassadors with the skills to effectively engage peers and policymakers.

During the program, Melchizedek expressed profound gratitude to Rev. Albert Ocran, whose book “Becoming a Star in Your Workplace” had significantly transformed his mindset since 2013.

Following the training, in September, the ambassadors embarked on community impact projects, including stakeholder visits to the Chief’s Palace at Anaji, the Ghana Police, and the National Youth Authority.

In November, after a successful cleanup exercise in Takoradi and Kumasi, Melchizedek and the program were featured on pages 14 and 15 of the Springboard Roadshow Foundation’s printed newsletter, which was also shared across their Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram platforms.

Since then, Melchizedek and his fellow ambassadors have continued to undertake various impact-driven initiatives, actively promoting the Ghana Growth initiative and empowering young people across the country.
